What is the reason that I am writing this? Well when I was in the process of buying Hypnosis Mp3’s there weren’t many real reviews around so I thought I would write one quickly to assist any of you who were in the same position I was…thinking about this unknown option but not quite sure.

Be aware that I will be going into both the good and also the bad points so if it’s something you might not want to hear then, then you may as well leave now.

I was introduced to Hypnosis through a friend who had completed his hypnosis training. He explained to me how this was such a powerful form of therapy and also extremely safe. He had achieved great results with his own clients. It was extremely exciting. I brought up the sexual nature of my own problems and Mp3’s were discussed.

The results all depend on the communication with the subconscious mind. This is how any problems are resolved and patterns are changed. There is no set formula as for how long this will take. It depends upon the depth of the problem, whether you are ready to change, how often you play the Mp3 etc

Suggestions are made to your subconscious mind and you probably will not hear them. This can be a little unnerving at first. You mind is not being taken over but I think it is important to chose a Mp3 from a reputable company. It took a couple of weeks for the Mp3 to arrive from Australia. No problem there. I played the Mp3 for the first time at home. You need to listen to the opening track and the instructions. As you will find out, you cannot play the Mp3 once or twice and get results. It takes a few weeks and the Mp3 is nearly an hour long. You need to persist with the program.

Playing it in the car is not an option. I had hoped to do this. Being too relaxed and you risk an accident. Best place is as you go to sleep at night or if you have a lazy hour to kill. It is that simple!

Andrew has a gorgeous relaxing voice and it is so easy to drift off. There are a number of background sounds which help to get you into a relaxed state so your mind will accept the messages. The Mp3 is perfectly safe and your mind will reject any message which is not for your benefit or is harmful.

You find that you are less stressed at work. There are a lot of side benefits because of the relaxed state that you enter. The results I found took around 3 weeks. I achieved orgasm without even thinking about it and the sensation ripped through my body…it was wonderful. I have since achieved regular “multiple orgasms” so you be the judge.
